How do payments work?

SEO retainers are billed monthly in advance. Project work is milestone-based: typically 40% at kickoff, 40% at design or development approval, and 20% on launch. Enterprise engagements can run on purchase orders and invoicing terms.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards via Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa for Pakistani clients, and USDT for international clients who prefer it. All methods are shown in the checkout flow, and card payments are processed securely — we never store card details.

Is there a discount for annual payment?

Yes — paying twelve months of an SEO retainer upfront reduces the cost by 15%. Project clients also receive a 5% discount for full upfront payment on builds under PKR 200,000.

Are there hidden costs?

No. Third-party costs are listed separately and always billed at cost with no mark-up: hosting and domains (typically PKR 15,000–25,000 per year), ad spend (paid directly to Google or Meta), premium plugin or CMS licences, and store developer accounts. Everything else is in the quoted price.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, at any time. On SEO retainers, a change takes effect from the next billing cycle. On projects, scope changes are quoted separately before any additional work begins — nothing is added without your approval.

Do you offer refunds?

Project work is refundable for unstarted milestones. Completed and approved milestone work is not refundable, which is why we agree scope carefully in advance. Retainers can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice, and no further charges apply after the current period. Our full policy is on the refund page.
